West Bridge sets high value on continually improving its daily operational performance when it comes to health and safety, environmental questions and quality of service. This statement sets out how the Company manages HSEQ so that its commitment to achive the highest standards of HSEQ performance throughout its operations is upheld. West Bridge has operated a „Total Quality Management System” since 2001 which is certified to the standard EN ISO 9001-2000 and CEFIC/SQAS. It contains all the policies and procedures and provides a clear and auditable framework for conducting our business and improving our performance. The management team is commited to using and further developing the TQM System to identify and eliminate or manage safety risks associated with its activities. West Bridge sets and stewards detailed HSEQ performance targets and action plans for all our operations and holds senior management accountable for performance.

Accordingly, the HSEQ policy is to ensure:

• a safe and secure working environment for our employees, customers, partners and the public in general
• a minimum impact on the environment, on our facilities and those of others
• to meet our obligations towards our customers and to exceed them when appropriate
• to assess all operational risks and to design systems and procedures to minimize and manage those risks
• all incidents and complaints are reported and investigated by trained staff
• all corrective and preventative measures are implemented and followed up for effectiveness
• good practice, learning and problem solving will be widely and openly shared across the business and implemented wherever possible
• we invest heavily in the systems, employees and partners, training, infrastructure and equipment necessary to run our business safely and professionally.
• all employees are encouraged to take their individual responsibility for good HSEQ performance as seriously as the company does
